We ship to your PayPal primary address. If you would like to ship the item to an alternate address, you MUST specify the alternate address in the NOTE section when you complete payment.
We ship within 2 business days (usually faster) of receiving payment. We ship using either Express Mail Service (EMS) or Registered Air Parcel - please see individual product descriptions for the specified method. Delivery time is either 3-5 business days with EMS and 10-14 business days with Registered Air Parcel.
Buyers pay all shipping and handling fees and are responsible for any customs fees or VAT. We will combine shipping, so buy more to save on shipping fees!
All returns require authorization, so please contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to set up a return. We will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.

In the event you receive a non-functioning product, Sokie Tech will provide a full refund plus the return shipping cost provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information). The refund will be made to the buye's PayPal account once we receive the return product and you follow the returns process outlined below:
1. Please make a claim within 14 days of receipt of the product.
2. Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number - we'll set up the
return. We will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written
on the outside of the returned parcel.
3. The buyer is responsible for: a) returning the item(s) in question within 7 days of receipt of the RMA and b) using an insured, traceable method.
4. All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton,
including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and accessories. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s
carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement
of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents
or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
5. Your refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account once
we receive the return product and you follow our returns
We sell only new, never-used products in their original packaging. Please refer to each item description for specific warranty information.
If your product fails after 14 days of receipt up to the end of your warranty period, please email us your sales record and payment details to request a RMA number. We may act as your agent to send the product in for repair; however, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If the product was damaged through misuse or abuse, the warranty will be voided.
